It’s a by-the-numbers type of analysis, but it omits one incident that has numbers higher than one of the ones on their list. The 1to1Help.net leak was not on their list — and it should be — because of the numbers involved and even more importantly, because of the risk to individuals of having their personal counseling logs exposed in plain text to the whole world.
